Message from the Chairman (Mr. Dabeer Ahmad)
Avadh Institute of Medical Technology and Hospital marked the foundation in 2004. We have now come a long way and grown into a fully integrated hub for education in the field of medical science. In our journey of academic and professional excellence we have achieved many milestones and have carved a niche for ourselves. Hence positioning ourselves in one of the front ranking institutions of Uttar Pradesh.
We would like to pay gratitude to Late. Dr. Safir Ahmad, the founding father of our renowned institution. He had an understanding of the dearth of doctors in India. As stated by World Health Organization ( WHO) the required ratio is 1 doctor for 1000 people (1:1000), but in India there is 1 doctor for 10,189 people (1:10,189), thus stating a deficit of 6,00,000 doctors. The survey also depicts a shortage of 2 million nurses in India. Knowing the high rise demand of medical professionals in the country, he conceptualized the foundation of the institution. He had a managerial experience of more than 4 decades. He put in all his hard work and experience in shaping up the institution.
Our highly qualified, experienced and tremendous team of faculty helps us in shaping the young minds with skill-oriented and value based education. The placements of our students are handled and piloted by a dedicated team.
